Purpose: Regulate the comings and goings of Eternity's citizens and ensure that all trade and interactions are strictly legal.
Description: The Eternity Guard are the city's regulatory force. All criminal actions are judged by officers of the guard. There are four guard posts in each sector of the city, and eight along the city walls.
